I started hunting white-winged dove along the Rio Grande River and progressed to ailment I have now which is the Whitetail affliction. I went to college at and graduated with a wildlife biology degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. While attending TAMUK I worked for the Cesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute. I started again helping do research on the White-winged dove, and then moved on to Rio Grande Turkey. I also worked as a quail guide for the B-B on the world famous King Ranch. I also worked on several hunting camps on the King Ranch as a deer guide and asst. biologist. Eventually as luck would have it, running my own ranch in Laredo, TX. The Jacalon Ranch is 10,500 acres of prime south Texas brush land. I now consult for 10 different land owners and oversee about 100,000 acres all over Texas. I have been published in Texas Parks and wildlife research findings for 2005. So Hunt hard, hunt safe, and there is no cure for the afflicted!
