I was born and raised in Indiana, we moved to southern Indiana when I was 13 I was a late bloomer to the hunting world. I hunted very little, just small game... rabbit's, squirrels.  My dad small game hunted, and was a very serious bass fisherman, fishing many tournaments.

After high school I joined the United State Marine Corps, in 1987 I returned to Indiana. I started deer hunting when I was 22 for the first time. I loved it and was hooked. 

I've hunted Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Wyoming, Illinois, and Missouri over the years in pursuit of the whitetails. I started hunting the longbeards in 1997, and I'm hooked on them as well. Another passion is coyote hunting.  Today I hunt nearly every critter that we have in Indiana... fish a little too.

My wife Wendy allows me to hunt... most of the time! (She even accompanied me on a spring turkey hunt). I have 4 children, two girls and two boys. They love to shed hunt, hike, and so some hunting as well.  Robert Muncie and I formed Double Drop Tine Productions, in hopes of capturing our hunts on video. To share with other's our passion for hunting.  I have also had articles published in several hunting magazines, such as Rack, Big Buck, Indiana Game and Fish and Deer and Deer Hunting.

Now today I have the Affliction...The Whitetail Affliction, THERE IS NO CURE!!!
